The Avanti Award in Lipids Nomination Submission Site is comprised of 5 steps:

Below are instructions to guide you through the application. Your submission must contain all minimum requirements. Please make sure that you have all the required files available before you begin your submission. Once your nomination (with the required documents) is submitted, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your submission. The email will also contain a nomination number, which will enable you to return to your Nomination Form and upload additional documents, if necessary.

- A Nomination Letter
- A Condensed Curriculum Vitae (without the list of publications – not to exceed 4 pages)
- A List of the nominee’s most significant publications (no more than 10)
- A Summary of the nominee’s achievements (not to exceed 2 pages)
- Additional Letters of Support (maximum of 10)
